I want to find a Lounge

there is no lounge in sunset valley you have to place one in game yourself ...do you have late night expansion or supernatural expansion pack ? as those 2 do come with lounges/bars you can place in game yourself from edit town 

if not you could build a lounge and place juice bars/furniture/lights/decor/bathrooms etc and build a lounge looking type lot your self and have it as a visitors allowed or hang out
