[IMPORTANT] The Sims saving a sim i made

Hello all, I am wondering if I can save a sim I have built who is all skilled up in many things to use in another one of my worlds?  do her skills stay with her?

    yes your sim will keep all skills and if they items in the inventory they keep them too they loose frienships and wishes or you can save a copy of that sim in the libiary and just move the sim in if you wish to start a new game
