Imported house raises/lowers the terrain

this used to not be a problem but I don't know what happened now i don't want to import any lots for the world i built and there are some really good ones that would look nice. The cheat dose not work for me I sent this issue in for a bug issue and asked for them to please fix the problem. does any one know of something i could do other than the weird cheat where you have to put in plus or minus digets and your lot is still wonky?
