In Build mode or create Sims when trying to save after it crashes

Hi I have all expansions and stuff packs installed, not any CC or Mods, everything seems fine, untill I try to build or make new sim. Crashes all the time I try to save, even if I go in Edit town mo...

Can you try to export if you get rid of the ghosts (just for testing purposes). Make a backup of your game and try evicting the ghosts and then export the household.

Just to narrow down if it's all SNs or just the ghosts.

I did manage to export it, in the night in edit town I split the household, save them separatly, and after I even manage to save all, why, I cant figure, but it worked. I even made in built mode another house and could save it. Is just that particular house, wich dont want to save.
