@emilin_m Try clearing your Internet Explorer caches and maybe even reset IE to factory settings. For the crashing issue, please open your own thread
@Sisaroom Thanks for the info. No there's nothing you can do but sit it out. I don't know what exactly EA has to fix but it's a problem on their side. You should be able to play the game. It's simply a matter of the ads not working properly.
