[Info] Script Errors on the Launcher

Many people seem to have issues with Script Errors popping up on the launcher. Those errors are usually caused by the welcome page of the launcher which can't properly display the content. This...

Getting these messages while I play, about once a minute????? It's frustrating.

  • What's your operating system ?

Windows 7 proffessional

  • What does the Error Part and the URL Part of the message say ?

error says: unable to get proper 'length' of undefined or null reference

url says: http://launcherapi.thesims3.com/launcher/home.html?launcherLocale=en_EU&launcherCountry=EU&var=loggedOut

  • What happens if you press Yes/No ?

It disappears and ocmes back.

  • What version of Internet Explorer are you using (the launcher is hard coded to use IE)

11. something, I can't copy paste and it's too long for me to copy it. It says there's no updates available, so I'm guessing the latest one.

  • Are you using ad-blockers and if so, which one ?

adblock, on my Chrome

  • What country are you in

Try resetting IE to factory settings.
