[INFORMATION] Registering on Sims 3 Page is not working

Hello, I have the origin acount so im trying to register in to the sims 3 page that I can redeem my stuff packs, but every time I try to put my details on 

Register for The Sims™ 3 Community 

page and I press Sign up button it puts me again on the same register page.  I put details again, pres that button and again the same. What is that about? How I should do registration, and how I should get my stuff packs? I pay for them so I want to get them, and im tired  of those **bleep**s what I go trough to get this game on Mac, so please tell me how to fix this?

once you register your games in origin they auto register them for on your the sims 3 account those accounts get tied together try log in to the sims 3 site using the same email and password as you used for origin

i'm doing that but its not working. when i press the registration button and it ask me to put my email adress, so i put it, and then it sais that its alredy registrated on origin so put pasword, so i putpasword, and than it gives me the page with to put my details, so i do that than i press the sign in button it puts me back the same page over and over again.

try clearing the internet cache and try switching your browser to IE or firefox also you do not need to register your game again just try  log in to the sims 3 account with your email and password

are you using the same email and password for both accounts ? your origin and sims 3 are tied together if your using two different emails you can contact CS to see if they can assist with mergeing th eaccount

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

So, I've got Sims 3 and a slew of expansions I'd like to register with Origin.  Origin tells me to go Website.  I go to Create an Account.  It tells me it looks like I already have an account, and to log in.  Okay.  I click Log-In.  It takes my Origin Email and PWD. I get the first screen.  Pick a Screen Name and agree to the EA Terms and Guidelines.  Hit next.. ...and it brings me right back to that first "Enter your Origin Email" page.  And around and around it goes.  Any fixes to this weird behavior?

Seems quite a few people are having this issue atm.

I'll check with the CM if they know anything.

Meanwhile, try a different browser.

Tried Chrome and IE10.  No good.  Same loop.  

Hi, I have the same problem. Tried switching several browsers, clearing cache, even tried loging in via the in-game browser. The problem clearly isn't on our side. Can EA please fix it?
