Têm havido várias pessoas a queixarem-se disso. O mais provável é haver algum programa no seu computador que esteja a bloquear os Sims. Vou indicar 2 soluções possíveis:

1. Bitdefender - Muitas pessoas indicaram que este programa bloqueia os Sims. Desligue-o e verifique se já consegue instalar o jogo.
2. Adicionar  ts3w.exe DEP  (ponto 5)

There have been a lot of people complaining about that. The most probable thing is that there is a program in your computer that is blocking the Sims. I'll state 2 possible solutions:

Queria saber se consigo instalar meu jogo no windows 8 e onde pego atualização pra isso? Não consigo mais utilizar o jogo que comprei?
