Installing Sims 3 World Adventures - No Where to be found

Question

I brought my Origin Code on Amazon for the Sims 3 World Adventures and it is nowhere to be found. I can not install it. All Amazon gave me was the code and that had been confirmed by Origin that it has been redeemed. However, it is asking me to pay for it still, not - &nbsp;ready to download. Can someone please please please help me? Is there a contact number for Origin maybe?
