Installing the wizard wont come up to download Origin

When I install the wizard setup it wont load up to download Origin. I have enough storage and my processor is good enough for it too download. How can I fix this? I used to have it on my computer, but I uninstalled it. And I can't install it back again.

    @JackAviation  All you should have to do is double click on the .exe file and it should run. You don't open a .exe - it is an executable file. Once the download is complete open the folder and double click the file name and it program should load and run.

    @JackAviation  link to EA Origin download Download the proper installer and run the download. If you are trying to install from disk the software on the disks in out of date. Download the Origin installer. Log in using the same log in and password as before. Install by digital download from Origin. Why did you uninstall Origin?

    @roberta591 Hey, Ive tried these already. I downloaded the proper installer and when the download is finished on the installer, it wont bring the set up wizard up. Ive tried it multiple times but it still wont come up.

    I uninstalled it before this happened because I didnt use it much, but now I want to buy some games.

    These photos show what I did when I installed it, and it doesn't open after I click open.
