Installing/Playing Dragon Valley

Dragon Valley is in my launcher, but every time I try to install it says "Installation failed please make sure your game has the latest Software updates and try again. " I have checked the game updates tab and there are none. How do I get Dragon valley installed if the game is as up to date as it can be and I'm still getting this message?
