Interactions take a long time to complete

I may be having a problem that is related...  My Sim will stand for a random amount of time (game time) without completing an action.  It doesn't seem to matter whether I am in real time or if I spee...

    Looks like it was related to the Tree of Prosperity that you noted.  I uninstalled and also downloaded the mods.  Between the two, play seems to be normal.
