My problem is with jobs and professions in the home world. My first game (existing game/pre-made) my sim was in the Stylist profession and this worked fine until my sim came back from the future. Then when it was time to go to work I would click on the "Perform Job" notice in the right hand corner and the Icon would show for an instant only in top left corner, so my sim could not complete the job.

I did a test with another sim that was living with her and when he came back from the future his job was ok (business -Level 2).

However in my second game (new game/pre-made) in Barnacle bay the Calient sisters both had the same job at the same level - fortune teller career and both level 1 Horoscope reader. They both went to the future together and came back from the future together (plus a plumbot!)One sister's job was ok, she was picked up by the car and off she went but .... the other sister had the same thing occur as above. The car came to take her to her job and the icon was at the top left corner when in the queue but then when the icon came to being the very first icon in the queue, it was there for an instant and then gone.

I installed the patch a few days before installing ITF but did not have time to play until installing ITF so I am unsure as to whether this is a patch problem or the ITF game itself.

I did end up quitting the stylist profession and then start the stylist profession again but the same thing happened. I also moved my sim to a new game and then started the stylist profession again.... same thing happened.

@kiwirazamataz: Could you check on their work outfits. The symptoms you're seeing are usually signs of work outfits being corrupted.

Thanks for your reply Crinrict. I did notice on the first existing game and a subsequent game of the same sim, that the uniform was weird, so I created a new work outfit for my sim on both occasions. But for the life of me I cant remember what the outfit was. :roll: Sorry. :shock:

Edit: I did notice that it seems to be happening on the sim that meets the time Traveller and complete the opportunity re the power cells. If there are other sims in the household, their jobs seem to be ok.
