is the store down again?

I was able to load up the Sims 3 store and my purchase history about 10 minutes ago, and then all of a sudden I started getting a This page isn’t working

store.thesims3.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 503

I tried it in both Chrome and Firefox but it gives me the same message, I can get into the exchange just fine.

I didn't see an announcement about scheduled maintenance but may have missed it

    @BonnieLM777 and @bxx107020  Please check the Store site again now.  It wasn't working for me yesterday but is loading fine at the moment, including my purchase history.  If it still doesn't work for you, try a private browser window or a different browser.

    @BonnieLM777  It's not working for me either, and I've just flagged the issue.  I didn't hear anything about maintenance, but regardless, someone from EA will hopefully have more information soon.

    ok, thanks, I just did a complete uninstall and re-install of my Sims 3 games recently so I was just redownloading my store content. Although I have my store content backed up just in case, I like to get fresh copies every time I do a factory reset or reinstall. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

    Did EA closed the Sims 3 Store forever? I have a lot of unspent simpoint.

    it came back up last night and I was able to continue downloading my purchased content, thanks
