Yes that is happening to me also, I used to hit the launcher icon on my desktop and the launcher would appear immedately or download from the store to a closed launcher and again it would happen almost immediately. Now it takes approximately 10 minutes to downlaod anything from the store or the exchange into my launcer or to open the launcher from the desktop
This is definitely a issue I am having! It takes it forever to do anything and I never had this issue before!
