Not sure what’s going on, so hoping someone here can help.
I bought the Sims 3 World Bundle today and got 2 active codes, but I can’t redeem either of them. I tried both codes on these two sites:
store.thesims3
myaccount.ea
Neither site works for me and the codes won’t go through.
Has anyone had this problem before? Is there another place to redeem Sims 3 world bundle codes, or is this an EA or Sims 3 Store issue?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Good afternoon. Today (December 23rd) I purchased some worlds for The Sims 3. The worlds were: Roaring Heights, World Collection (Monte Vista and Hidden Springs), Dragon Valley, and Barnacle Bay. I tried to redeem the code on the website https://www.thesims3.com/home.html, but it's not working. I enter the code correctly, it loads, but no message appears saying it was redeemed, and it doesn't appear in my purchase history on the website or in the game. I don't know what to do, because I want to have the worlds I bought.
Like everyone else here, I'm having the same problem. Bought the Worlds bundle today; it says I own it on the EA app, but doesn't show in-game, in my add-ons list, or my purchase history. The "redeem code" in the EA library redirects to the store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html. When I enter the code, it unchecks the Terms and Conditions button and nothing happens. So the tl;dr is that it seems like the issue is widespread and still on-going. I'm glad I finally ran across this thread. I've been fighting with this for 3.5 hours, so I'm glad to know it's not just me. I like the suggestion of demanding a refund in the equivalent SimPoints to just buy it in-game and call it good.
Same issue here.. Ugh I wish I had searched about this before buying... I dont think its fair that they keep selling it still if most of us are having issues with it. Greedy bstards
