Issue with activating The Sims 3: University Life expansion

Hello,I’m reaching out because I’m having trouble activating my The Sims 3: University Life expansion pack.I originally purchased this expansion in physical format (box with disc and activation code) years ago and installed it on my previous computer without linking it to my EA account. Since then, I’ve switched to a new PC. When reinstalling The Sims 3 via the EA app, I was able to retrieve some of my expansions by entering their activation codes. However, when I try to register my&nbsp;Sims 3: University Life expansion, the app tells me that the code has already been used.I still have my physical copy of the game along with the activation code. Do you know if there's any way I could still link it to my EA account so that I can install it on my new laptop? I really don't want to have to purchase the game again.&nbsp;Thank you! And sorry for any English mistakes, as it's not my first language.&nbsp;

phanictreasure&nbsp; You'll need to contact EA customer support. &nbsp;First, take a photo showing your disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable). &nbsp;You can upload this when you submit the help request.
I would strongly suggest using the live chat option rather than email. &nbsp;If you don't see it, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Alternately, try using the help site without being signed in. &nbsp;Some categories of issue allow you to proceed without an active login, and many of those offer the live chat option.
