Issue w/sims 3 store/ exchange within game launcher AND DLC not showing up

hello! I'm having two issues, the game launcher is not allowing me to login to the sims 3 exchange within the launcher. I type in my overall EA password and it just acts like it wont work, YET I am logged into the exchange/store on my internet browser. it was logged into it fine before and i had selected- leave logged in.

I assume this issue is related, but none of the "in game content" worlds i just purchased are showing up in the game, OR on my browser where I am still logged into the exhange. SPECIFICALLY- hidden springs and roaring heights. Its acting like I still need to pay for those with sim currency, but i was able to purchase them fine on the EA app.

rhaybies​&nbsp; For the login not working, does your EA password have special characters?&nbsp; The launcher doesn't handle those well.
This doesn't have anything to do with the worlds issue though, in fact you don't need to login to the launcher to download content from the Store or Exchange.&nbsp; Please see the first post of this master thread about registering or installing Store worlds:
