Just curious, has anyone ever had luck with the chat feature or having support call you back?
I've spent half my morning waiting for a response to my chat request and for someone to call me.

How did you get them to call you? I have a problem with my order not showing on the history but was still charged and the only way i found it productive enough to contact them was through live chat but i have been waiting for a while now.
There is an option to type in your phone number and have someone call you back. I did get help fairly quickly and the guy was very nice but I am going to have to ask for another call because after I did what he told me to do then when I tried to install my game I got a new error so I'm no further along. I have decided not to buy download versions anymore, I'd rather have the disk, this has just been too much trouble.
