My Lady Ravendancer Goth's Book o' Spells doesn't work anymore, everytime a sim tries to use it they just teleport right next to it...I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it...I've tried running...

This is different from uninstalling and reinstalling. Cause when you uninstall through the launcher, corrupt files stay corrupt. This is removing all files and reinstall freshly.
Is that what you did ?
Also are you using any mods or third party store fixes in your game ?
yes i did do that process. and no i removed them before i went through this process
