Late Night Bugs - Compiled List in first two posts

When loading game, the picture of my house is no longer there and the picture of my family has 3 small pictures of a house in lower right corner. Also, the lights on my Police car won't turn off, objects blink when you zoom in on them and my children will not go to school. I keep getting the balloon over their head with the footprints and a line through it along with a car under it. They all took the bus but after getting off, stomped their feet, started yelling the ran across to the park.
