Launcher is saying I don't own my store items?

I just swapped from using origin over to steam as the games were on sale. And I'm reinstalling my store items in a fresh clean folder on the steam version. The launcher keeps telling me that I don'...

Okay, so I got a refund and rebought the game. Got it registered....and still have the same issue.

So I removed the sims 3 and steam. Redownloaded Origin and the game that way.

And I still have the same issue. It seems like origin is doing the same, but it looks like the steam version because its 1.69 patch
