Launcher not working

When i double click on my Sims3 launcher it opens but straightaway a window opens and says my launcher had stopped working and Windows will figure out a solution to the problem. Yet the problem is not fixed, and I did everything to fix it on my own, I reinstalled all my games, the last TS3 update too, but it's still not working. Can someone help me pls?
