Launcher won't show EPs

ok so, I have the sims 3 and seasons installed, but sometimes the launcher does not register that there are any EPs installed. when I click on the Expansion Packs and Stuff Packs tab it does not show any EPs, I click the install packs button and it opens the origin app, but the origin app says Seasons is installed, help plz. I'm on windows 10

    @Newagelink Please make sure that your game is up to date (right click the Sims 3 game tile in Origin client and select 'Check for Updates'). After this right click the Sims 3 game tile again and select 'Repair Game'. Once this is done check the launcher again.

    try when you launch the launcher expansion and stuff pack manager don't click on install just tick in the ep/sp pack seems sometimes it has a habit of unticking them

    did you even read the post? the problem is that the EPs don't even show up in the tab, I cant recheck them because they are not there
