LICENSE LIMIT EXCEEDED still showing up even after new code!?!?!?!

I have had to have the game advisors call me several times already.... I'm scheduled for another call but when I put it in it was an almost 8 hour wait.... So I wont even receive a call till 1am...

I have had several different computers over the time that i've had TS3. I own a total of two right now. Two of which I would like to play TS3 on (as i've done in the past). One is a desktop at home, and the other (my newest computer) is a laptop.

The first game advisor gave me a new code and told me to uninstall and reinstall TS3. I did. Didn't work. Had them call me again... Told them that it didn't work, and was transferred to a tech support specialist (I think that was the title), and was on hold for over an hour... I accidentally hung up the call. I submitted to be called AGAIN but unfortunately wasn't called till 12:45am. At that point, I automatically was sent to a tech person (not an advisor) and she was able to give me a new activation code, and I was given instructions on how to manually remove TS3 from my system and edit the registry. I did everything to a "T" and all went well. I was FINALLY able to get into TS3 and everything... Until the next morning.

I had some sim points that I decided to use up and bought several different things this morning... I finally get everything purchased but when I go to the TS3 launcher to install, it says that the license limit has been reached... 😕mileymad: 😕mileymad: 😕mileymad: I click to play the game, and get the same damn error box!!!

What the heck gives!?!??! This is getting really frustrating... Why is this happening? I have never had a problem  before. Why is it that TWO new codes haven't seemed to fix the issue...

If I have to completely uninstall and reinstall this damn game again, I swear i'm gonna lose it. 😕mileysad:

UPDATE 12/25/2015 9:40PM EST: So I finally got called at about 8:30pm  (set up a call via the "contact us" at around 4:15pm today) from an EA tech guy... He did EVETYTHING that everyone else has done... Got me a new activation code, reset it on his end, lifted the limitation all together, logged into my origin account no his end to redo things... To NO avail. He had me uninstall the game via control panel and reinstall it. Still didn't solve the problem.

SO UNFORTUNATELY I had to completely manually uninstall EVERYTHING and I am currently in the process of reinstalling everything... But just like what happened last night, this is going to work... but who knows for how long. I'm going to wait to install all my expansions and wait to install my downlaoded content and make sure it plays... If it does, i'm going to LEAVE IT OPEN... and install my downloadable content. Lets see if that doesn't bring up the stupid limit again... He said he completely removed the limitation all together... so we shall see. I'll update when I have more information. I'm certain I can't be the only one pulling their hair out with this. >.>

UPDATE 12/25/2015 11:35pm EST: Just like with the lady last night, the manual uninstall and fresh reinstall worked.... HOWEVER now a NEW problem has arisen.... I cannot seem to install my downloadable content that i've purchased with sims points to my game... It says that it "seems the content you are trying to install is not yours"... Excuse me... It's VERY much MINE. >.> SOOOOO yet again, I had to set up for them to call me (thankfully only a 140 minute wait this time) and now I wait... They need to get me my content... I paid a lot of money for that stuff... *sigh*... if it's not one thing it's another.

Next time, i'm not gonna go via origin... Straight hardcopy is the way to go. All this muss and fuss and no resolution is ridiculous.

UPDATE 12/26/2015 12:36am EST: SO... I got the gosh darn licensing thing AGAIN.... x_x HOWEVER, I THINK I FINALLY FOUND A SOLUTION *hallelujah chorus*... I felt like it was awfully strange that after THREE new licensing codes and two full manual uninstalls and about 5 fresh installs this is just not working... I have never had so many problems and it makes sense for a new license code to work, but it just wasn't... SO... I decided that I was going to uninstall my expansions ONE by ONE and play the game after each and every expansion was uninstalled to see if perhaps one of the expansions was the culprit. LO' and BEHOLD!!! After four expansion uninstalls, Into the Future seemed to be the one causing the licenseing error! SO I reinstalled the other three that I just uninstalled before ItF and I'm about to test the game again to see if I can still play...

IF that works, that solves HALF my issue. That still doesn't fix the fact that my game is saying that the DLC that i've purchased off thesims3.com is NOT mine when it in fact IS mine. -_- but at least i'm getting somewhere. I'm still in queue to be called back by a game advisor... so i'll update again when I get new info.
