Lifetime Rewards Missing

So I logged in the game today to find all of my lifetime rewards missing! Not sure what happened but im not very happy. can anyone help me plz

I have this problem too ☹️( Bought a lifetime reward for 50k points but my game says I didnt buy any... Lost all the points too ☹️( Is it gone forever? ;-;
