Lines or Graphic issues sims 3

I am having some issues with my sims game. These lines keeps popping up in game and I don't know how to get rid of them.

    @Briona_rd  You don't necessarily need to start a new save, especially if the save looks normal when a baby is on-screen but with no mods or custom content present.  This sounds very much like a bad cc issue: many items are not properly excluded for babies, and when they get assigned to babies, the result is some very weird graphics glitches.  Point is, removing the cc usually fixes the problem; the difficulty is in identifying which item(s) are causing the issue.

@puzzlezaddict I tried it this morning with the lot, mods only and the world(roaring heights. This only happens when my Sim have her triplets.  When she brings them home and takes them out the screen goes crazy and then it went back to normal. Before the baby will have its skin color and the other side would be dark and now it's just blurred out. I attached the pictures. 

The screen didn't stay like that, but the baby did. The baby looked perfectly normal in game but the picture stayed like that.
