Loading and playing Sims3 Dragonvalley
I've bought a brand new game - Dragonvalley and the product code won't register (store bought not online purchase)

try to redeem the code in your the sims 3 account then download the world from there once downloaded then install it dragon valley is aworld=stor eitem once downloaded and installed it'll be in the main menu +new game to select the world to play in
you will still play from whatever game you normally play from
- Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
- Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.ht
ml - Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
- Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)
