I have been trying to redeem a code and purchase history at the Sims 3 but every time I go there I need to separately log in. On every other page it only takes a few seconds, but after an hour I was still waiting to log in. I have use the remember me button, but it didn't work. Does someone have the same problem? I hope it can be fixed
I'm having exactly the same issue at the minute. I bought The Sims 3 in the Humble Bundle and have registered/redeemed every code successfully except for the Date Night expansion. Every single time I go to "Redeem Code" the site logs me out and I can't log in again, then if I hit cancel some weird store agreement page pops up with nowhere for me to click except closing the window. Tried everything, would be nice to get this sorted as it is very frustrating.
