Lost account and Sims 3
I tried to play sims 3, my only game on origin, recently after not playing for a few months. I started it up but was met with the origin log on instead of game. No big deal, update or something. Nope. My password no longer worked so i changed it only to find my copy of Sims 3 was not in my library of games. I still have sims 3 installed on my pc but the activation code is no longer in my origin dashboard. I have no email of my purchase of sims 3. The only proof was that it was in my library. Now it isn't. I'm just glad I didn't purchase any other games through origin. Any thing I can do or am I out of luck?
do you have two orign accounts and maybe logged into the other one instead ? you can contact CS to assist with lost/forgetten/merge accounts
