Lost all my Sims 3 games! I need help!
I really need help, I don't know what to do.
Years ago I had an EA Games account and then for some reason I had aquired a second EA Games account. I had made purchases on one account (The Sims 3 with all Expansions and all but 2 Stuff Packs I believe) and then I mistakenly made purchases on the other account (The Sims 4 Deluxe with some other packs and also The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection). I seen EA Games was offering the ability to merge accounts and keep the games so I started a ticket/chat and asked if they could merge my accounts. The advisor did say that because some games were "Sunset" I could lose cloud data (I thought it was my Battlefield collection) but they said I would not likely lose any games. I agreed and went ahead with the merge. I was told it would take 24 hours and then afterwards they would deactivate the old account. It has been over 24 hours and I noticed none of my games were transferred over and I still had access to my old account so I reached out again to see what the status was. I was told the merge was complete. I asked about The Sims 3 games and was told those would not transfer because they were "Sunset". I do not understand how they are "Sunset" considering they are still for sale on EA Games and Steam at FULL PRICE. I asked if they could simply add those games to my account after deactivating my old account and they said no. I asked if I could just keep both accounts then so I wouldn't lose my stuff and they said no, and they could not undo a merge and that account is going to be deactivated. So now I don't know what to do. All The Sims 3 games I've purchased are being taken away. I feel like my money has been stolen! I'm not going to be repurchasing these games because I've already purchased them. Plus it's over $340 to replace what I had at the current price.
Please is anyone able to help me get my games back? I don't even care about the Battlefield ones, just don't take my SIMS!

I'm so sorry to hear you're having issues with your account merge! Sims 3 and the DLC does in fact transfer over with an account merge- the only content that is not transferrable during a merge is any Sims 3 Worlds (like Hidden Springs) and any in-game content purchased from TheSims3.com.
If your DLC did not properly transfer over with your merge, we will need live support to take a look at this again with you and get those missing DLC moved over to your new account. We're not able to help with account merges here on the forums since we don't have access to your account information.
