Lost CD, Lost activation code, and can't find it on the EA app.
I currently have three problems with three different Sims 3 expansions. I have the CD version of the base game, seasons, generations, university, and world adventure, but the downloaded version of Supernatural.
When everything was moved to Origin then to the EA app, the only games that carried over were the base game, world adventure, and supernatural.
I managed to find my old Generations and Seasons CD, but couldn't find the activation code for any of them except for University, I tried looking through the computer files to find the activation code, but when I wrote them down, I only wrote the correct one down for Seasons before redownloading it on another computer, I also don't see the activation code for supernatural despite it being downloaded. How would I either get a new code or find the old ones?
I have the correct code for University since I still have the pamphlet, but have no clue where the CD is, is there any way I can redownload the game on the EA app without the CD and just the activation code?
I did find the CD AND the code for Seasons, but it never showed that I owned the game on origin or on the EA app, how would I connect the games to my EA account?
I've had issues like this with the Sims 3 for years, so any kind of help would be appreciated, thank you!
@Awkwardnessid If you still have access to an old computer where Sims 3 was installed, you may be able to find the remaining code there. This is true even if you uninstalled the game, as long as you didn't also clean the computer's registry.
