Lost my family and city since last patch
Hi,
Sorry my bad english.
Since the last patch (don't know the number), i'm noticed some major problems:
-The language from the launcher and the game changed from Portuguese-BR to English-US when i start the game via Steam store;
-All my saves, the ones i've spent many hours playng can't be found in game (all things in game had been reseted);
-A new folder was the created in #:/ user / documents / eletronic arts, called The sims 3 (wich is not a surprise), but the original from my Portuguese-BR version is "Os sims 3", where i belive is all my created content.
How can i retrive all my saves withiut the need to reinstall the game? And get the game back in Portuguese-BR?

My guess is that the Steam patch is messed up. Try the steam forum to see if there are any solutions.

Just put all content from your old folder into the english one. The two are probably problems are probably related but if you copy everything to the new folder, you should have everything back.
