LOST REGISTRATION CODE CANT REINSTALL GAME

Question

I have recently had a bug on my game where it would start up but then crash. I tried fixing it by unstalling the game and reinstalling it. I successfully uninstalled the game and deleted all EA files but when i go to install the sims 3 base game it asks for the product code. I tried typing in the one i had but it didnt work. I have several sims 3 base cds and codes but ive lost all the codes except for one. I cant play my game and have spent so much money already on EP's. Please help thank you

also if your getting that error message trying to install by disks contact CS if in origin just try right click the game icon-download
