Lost reistration/serial code for the sims 3 ambitions and high-end loft stuff

My mother recently bought me the sims 3 expansion packs Ambitions and High-End Loft Stuff from this sell at a park but the ambitions and high-end loft stuff didn't come in a original cd case just a little white cd cover. The problem I'm having is that I don't have to code for them to be able to  upload them to my computer for game play. Is there anything I can do. Any help?

    if the game was bought 2nd hand/used the code/s will be tied to the original persons account and are non transferable nor can they be re-registered to another account for ,newly bought games either from origin or from a shop/store even newly bought games can run into the used/invalid code issue and you may need to contact CS
