Hi @irembaskan,
It could be RAM related, I'd suggest resetting your RAM before playing The Sims 3, here you can learn how to do it.

Hi, thank you for the reply! This might be the solution for my problem since my used memory is only 3 GB but the sudo purge thing just won't work. It doesn't give any errors on Terminal but the "Memory Used" thing won't go any higher either. Any solutions for this?

It depends on wich version of OS X are you running. If you're running OS X 10.8 or older, simply type purge.

Thanks from now if you could help me solve this

Please note that:
- You need to be system administrator in order to use sudo commands in Terminal. Please check that your user is Administrator of your Mac. If not, please ask your ystem administrator to give you Administration privileges.
- After introducing sudo purge, you need to type your password and press ENTER
