for me It says " PowerPC applications are no longer supported" when i try to install Island Paradise of Sims3. i have a new ish computer and its up to date and ive got all the other games/expansions and im so angry i cant figure this out. please someone help me. i have searching for answers and no one can help me
hi...having similar problem as not able to get the latest patch 1.55 using game laucher for my mac mountain lion.When i tried to download the superpatch, an error 1 message pop out. Kindly advise.
I'm having the same issue. I began to download the game and it warned me "This game is not compatible with your version of The Sims 3" but I clicked 'OK' too quickly and it still installed. I figured it would be okay if I updated then reopened everything but it still does not recognize Island Paradise. I'm currently waiting for EA Support so we'll see if anything happens. I would like to uninstall Island Paradise and re-install but the Uninstaller does not seem to see it as a Sims 3 game.
I currently have Sims 3, Pets & Superstar installed.
