Mac help threads & guides - PLEASE START HERE BEFORE POSTING A PROBLEM - *updated 05.06.15*

I contacted a game advisor to ask about the incorrect virtual memory problem. He said "yes, that number is incorrect. You can fix it by updating your game." After I explained, my game and computer are up to date, that I was not deleting processes via Activity Monitor or running the game as an administrator since that doesn't change anything, he suggested deleting my thumbnails folder. That did not change anything to do with my virtual memory (obviously). It's now been suggested I call someone at the next level for troubleshooting.
