Expansions you have/have active: Sims 3 Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Supernatural, Pets, Showtime, Seasons, University
Any error message received: 65538:1500
A detailed description of what is occurring: Purchased Island Paradise digial download from Origin, unable to download the game off of Origin and receive error message 65538:15000 asking to try again later
A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: attempted all possible
