[MAC] Why am I having trouble downloading, installing, or launching Island Paradise on Mac?

• Origin ID: No idea
• Are you opted into the Origin Beta? I have no idea
• OS X version: 10.7.5
• Processor, Memory and Graphics card information: 

  2.3 GHz Intel Core i5 

  4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3

  Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB

• Expansions you have/have active: Spernatural, Pets and seasons
• Any error message received: none that I am aware of
• A detailed description of what is occurring: I have been unable to open pets for months. I can't uninstall it because my computer says its not installed but orgin is convinced that I have downloaded and installed it already. I followed all of the intructions and uninstalled and installed my other extensions and now I can't open them either
• A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: I talked with a game advisor a few weeks/month or two ago and followed all of her instructions but that didn't work. I followed this threads advice and it seemed to have made the entire problem worse. I am seriously in need of help and/or a refund for all of my expansions. 

Ursula: This sounds like a totally different issue than we discuss here. Are you perhaps trying to mix a disc version of the game with a digital download expansion? If yes, you can try to un-install the disc version and download and re-install all your games from Origin. If that does not help, please open a seperate thread about your issue.
