Processor, Memory and Graphics card information (Follow Step #1 through Step #3 to find this information):

Processor: 1.7 GHz Intel Corei5 Memory: 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 (Running off of 500GB Toshiba External Hard Drive) Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 512MB

Expansions you have/have active: None
Any error message received: No
A detailed description of what is occurring: Approximately every two minutes the game will freeze for 15 to 20 seconds and then resume. Keeps repeating this pattern.
A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: Closed all active applications on desktop, lowered graphics settings. Neither have worked.
