I would reinstall supernatural or leave it until you get your new computer.
It seems as if my game is working now. I am still having problems not ajusting the high detailed lots, but I guess I will just have to live with it until i find a soultion. I did another factory reset and it seemed to help. I can play previously made households, but i haven't tried making a new one yet. I will keep you updated. You have 2 threads going. If you originally registered your games with EA or later if you started palying with origin, your origin account will have download versions. Origin and the sims 3 web sync together. Since you have been playing on disc not sure if you have origin downloaded but here is the download if you dont have it

You log into Origin at desktop and if you did register your now missing discs the download versions of your discs should be there. But like I told you in your other thread you would need to uninstall the disc versions to install download versions. This should also take care of your launcher problem.
I dont think I will do that, because I'm getting a new computer very soon, and I will just start fresh then. But, the options are still all on OFF and i still can't change high detailed lots and my game still freezes when I create a new family and try to move them in. Will i STILL have to uninstall? I just think that's a long process. Maybe I could reset to factory settings for about the fifth time?
If you can play and get a new computer soon, just leave it.
