Missing animation on Supernatural

I recently purchased the Sims supernatural a couple of days ago. This week I brought some of the other expansion packs and installed them, after I installed the stuff packs and the ambition expansion, I started playing my game I started before adding the new games and m fairy character and all of the other characters are missing their wings. It shows that they have wings but they do not show, my character still fly's and can do all the magic actions but no animation when doing them. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the supernatural expansion but still no animation.... Thanks
