Missing Butler

I am being charged for Butler services but my butler is nowhere to be found. I tried the reset sim cheat, no luck. I can't call to get a new one. Is there anything else that I can do?

    If your Sim still has the butler in the relationship panel you can do the following

    1. Open cheat console with ctl-shift-c
    2. type testingcheatsenabled true
    3. drag the relationship bar to very low 
    4. This should make the butler call and cancel

    My butler has vanished without a trace. I have to pay for the butler everyday. I cant fire her, only can fire in person. Help me please
