I feel your pain.
Just bought 3 +1 boxes myself and the same exact thing happened to me. My page died and I had to refresh it, and then my last goodie box that I never opened it magically gone. No trace of it anywhere. I clicked on every single thing on the Sims page and nothing.
This is an outrage and it makes me want to quit the game already.
