MISSING SIM POINTS BABY and ERROR MESSAGES

Ok sorry sent two emails before I filled this in. First timer at this.

I have 3 problems not sure if I should be putting in 3 emails.

Firstly I bought some sim points a few days ago I bought what you had for your Daily deal then went back in didn't show that money in there at all.

Second problem: When my Sims has a baby you either cant see it or its something out of Star Ship Troopers! Huge spider like creators! Hence cant play the game fully as any kids just mess up the game.

Third problem: When I open up launch I get a script error message: Reads:

An error has occurred on the script of this page.

Line: 1

char: 7

Error: Invalid Character

Code: 0

URL: http://segment-pixel.invitemedia.com/pixel?

pixelID=75969&partnerID=5507&key=segment&returnType=js

Do you want to keep running this script.

I would be really happy to let me know how to fix these all up.

    1. You need to contact customer support for this (see below). The AnswerHQ is about Users helping Users.
    2. Sounds like a case of bad custom content

      Read all about ith here: http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/234888.page
    3. Make sure the following program are up-to-date

      - Origin
      - Java
      - Flash Player
      - Adobe Air
      - Windows

      If that does not help, try clearing the Internet Explorer Browser Caches.

    If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
