Missing Simpoints, again.
I've been reading this sector for a while, and I know this problem isn't suppose to go here, yet I've already contacted an advisor (who was very kind and helpful,had no trouble there.) who advised me that it was a glitch and that I had to wait a maximum of a day. They had confirmed with me that they had received my money on their servers, and was going to process it.
I've waited two days, and my 2,040 Simpoints is still not showing up. I've checked, I have paid EA for the content, the money is missing from my account, yet I don't have the Simpoints.
I've tried waiting, logging in and out again, rechecking my billing history, everything that I could think of.
I bought the 2,040 Simpoints from Origin on Friday Morning (Around 4 AM, it had taken me 7 hours just to get the order to process from Thursday Afternoon), and it is now Sunday Afternoon (2:26 PM).
All i'm looking for is a refund now, seeing as I could've redeemed all of my expansion packs for Simpoints (Which i have a lot, and will most likely do.). I typically am patient with The Sims 3 and Simpoints, since I had this same problem 2 years ago, when I had bought the same pack. It only took around 5 hours for the problem to be fixed, and my Simpoints given to me.
Can anybody explain to me why the wait is taking so long, or at least lead me in the right direction? I'm tired of spending my weekend looking through FAQs and talking to advisors.
