I'm sorry you are in this situation, I can understand you don't want to keep waiting, and you already waited what the advisor asked you to wait. So next step would be contacting one of our advisers again and letting them know your SimPoints are still not there. In case you want to request a refund, you will still need to talk to them.
Also, you should know that not all the expansion packs will give you 1000 SimPoints when redeemed. That promotion is only applicable for the first couple of packs.
