My EA App still shows as owning them. The only things I shouldn't own is the Diesel one and the Katie Perry one, and that reflects in the EA Games app, otherwise I own at least one version of each other world that I've bought and paid for nut can't access. I didn't have a sims 3 website account until more recently even.
How did you download them without a The Sims 3 account before?
It's better to use EA's support in this case.
