Missing sims 3 packs I purchased

I am missing several expansion packs for the sims 3 that I purchased. When I log in to my EA account and go to purchase history it shows the name for all the expansions I've purchased except 3. For these 3 it says, "Placeholder #1065626852, Placeholder #1001613133613, and Placeholder #1003084233613".  believe these to be the packs I am missing from the game. anybody know how I can fixed this?

If a world's icon is not grayed, that means you own that world. You can download it from your purchase history or from the downloads dashboard in the game.

If that still doesn't help, I believe this is the live contact page. Just give it a try.

I can't even get that contact page to work to contact EA. I know I've paid for those packs cos it was via the old app, but now its been a nightmare trying to get it sorted out. I've been to my purchase history but I think because it was the old app its not showing as me owning them anywhere but the new EA app. I don't know what to do anymore.

Since you didn't mention whether you checked TheSims3.com:

The Sims 3 Store may not display a world as owned when you view the world's page. You must go to My Page (your TS3 profile page) on TheSims3.com and check whether the world icon is grayed.

Check your profile page on TheSims3.com to see if the worlds you have purchased seem as owned. They are at the bottom of the left sidebar.

If a world's icon is not grayed, that means you own that world. You can download it from your purchase history or from the downloads dashboard in the game.

There is a purchase history page on TheSims3.com. You will find all purchased Store content there, including free content (e.g., Riverview) and bonus content (e.g., limited edition content).

Alternative to this purchase history, you can use the downloads dashboard in the main menu after logging in to your TheSims3.com account in-game. This window will also show all owned content, including purchased worlds.

Also, just in case, make sure your TheSims3.com ID is the one linked to your EA account in which you purchased the worlds. You can check this from your EA account information page. See Game Personas at the bottom of the page.

They're greyed, but I know I've bought them and they're showing as own on the EA app as the information was transferred over from Origin app, and I'd been able to use those worlds for a while, then I had a get a new laptop and logged in to find that those worlds disappeared. I remember buying those packs with those worlds in from the app.

My EA App still shows as owning them. The only things I shouldn't own is the Diesel one and the Katie Perry one, and that reflects in the EA Games app, otherwise I own at least one version of each other world that I've bought and paid for nut can't access. I didn't have a sims 3 website account until more recently even.
